Details

This mandatory training program equips all council and chapter officers with the knowledge, skills, and legal understanding necessary to prevent hazing incidents and foster a safe, inclusive organizational culture. Officers will learn to identify hazing behaviors across a spectrum from subtle to severe, understand the serious legal, personal, and organizational consequences of hazing, and develop practical strategies for intervention and prevention.
